John didn't carry out the work for me in the end, as the quote for materials far exceeded estimate given. However, he attended the property the very next day I think, he measured up and gave guidance as to what I needed to buy which was very helpful.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Tony and his team just completed a small kitchen extension which transformed our house. Our cramped dark kitchen is now an airy welcoming space. We had worked with architects and put out to competitive tender. Tony’s price was fair, clear and he was clearly interested in the project. He kept to his price, regardless of the various twists and turns that we encountered in the 13 week build. Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Ivars was a great find and the only one I have met who offered a referral upfront, who on contacting gave me confidence in his work. I had a new staircase installed and he quoted me a competitive price and stuck to it. Managed some additional finishing work at a decent price too. He was on time, pleasant and tidy.
