Andrew and his team did a complete gut out, redesign and extension to our house, the work was completed a year ago but I forgot to write a review. 3 new bathrooms, new plumbing, electric, everything. The work was completed to a very high standard and he said he guaranteed it, and in the last 9 months, any issue that has come up he has come over within days and repaired anything immediately. Our budget was small, but they managed to make our dream come true! The whole bathroom was stripped in one day! Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.

I asked this person to rebuild a damaged bin container just like the one next to it. He gave me an acceptable quote and I was paying for materials. The adjoining bin was made from 3/4 ply and he used 1/4 inch MDF that began to dissolve with the first rain. He accused me of sabotaging his work and even suggested somebody had jumped on it! In our subsequent text exchange he even used the F word. I’m now having to have the whole job redone. His skills appear to be limited and he has a short temper.
