We had a massive amount of bamboo to remove, plus extending the patio, building a new concrete planter over 6 metres long and 1 metre wide, new patio lighting and new facia boards on the adjoining building. Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise.
