Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. I put a job up get quoted £180 for Wednesday... Actually we can't do Wednesday we'll do Thursday. Thursday- we are running behind we'll be with you first thing Friday. I'm asked again what's there. I offer to send pictures. Actually the price is £250. If it's half van the price £180, full van price £250... first time mentioning that. So after messing about for days now I'm expected to find an extra £70. I just cancelled. Friday was my last day. Whose to say they'd turn up! Went with someone else who did.

Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.
