As Sam only had one rating I was reluctant to hire Sam. He did the job & now the boiler works. My husband was a builder before retiring & I am used to sending out an invoice & waiting up to a week before bothering people with demands for payment. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening….
