Had a toilet installed, and despite a couple of teething problems with a couple of the fixings, have to give 5 star for the quality of the service, the punctuality, communication and time management. The communication was great before, during and after the work was done. i have over 20yrs experience in the building trade .have nvq level 2 brickwork qualification also work with various types of building companies to gain more knowledge in the industry ..i am firm believer in letting my work speak for itself.
Paul was hired to lay a brick fence and do front garden tiling. Three days later the columns collapsed. He returned and re-laid the piers, but one of them is still wobbly and needs repair. Tiles in the front garden were laid very carelessly and unprofessionally, some of them have come off, grouting was not done at all. All construction waste was left uncollected and the site after his work was left uncleaned. Got paid in full Paul GONE OFF and despite his promises he never came back to fix it.
