Conner who did my work on the guttering of my home was excellent. He went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with his work. I would recommend him to anyone who wants good reliable work completed. Conner was polite worked hard and I will use his services again next year

We've all heard about those builders that start a job and then disappear leaving it half done, never to return. Well Tom is definitely NOT one of those. He and his very friendly team always worked hard, were flexible around our needs and even did some weekends to ensure the build finished as close to the agreed finish date as possible. No project is without its hiccups, but Tom and his crew were incredibly solution focussed. If you want someone that cares about their work, give Tom and A1 Builders a call.

Stephan came out really quick. He was very pleasant and had a good range of carpets. He managed to fit me in before xmas which my tenant was very happy about. I was really pleased with his price and the quality of the carpet.. I also have a very happy tenant.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. David has been extremely professional throughout the whole job, and very transparent with all costs involved. We were not restricted on time or how quickly we needed the job doing, yet Sureguard provided an efficient & quick service to complete the job, and we were extremely pleased with the end result. Great guys, very honest and reliable, hard working and tidy. Flexible to suit the job. Couple of quite slow days to begin with while they worked out best approach to the job, but they sorted problems rapidly thereafter, spoke to us daily about what they we're up to and plans for days ahead and kept to the quote they provided, even though there was in the end quite a lot more work than they were expecting! Really very happy with end result, will happily recommend them and use again in future!

James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine. I can thoroughly recommend James and would be happy to employ him in the future. Thanks James
