Mark was great throughout the job, he came to view and provided a quote the same day. I cannot fault the work done, building us some new red brick steps, levelling ours and our neighbours path as well as rebuilding our Cotswold stone wall which had started to bow. Mark was friendly, polite and tidied/cleaned up at the end of each day. Mark was very efficient and had the job done in no time, but still with great care taken. Booking a convenient time was fairly good . Communication was good. Arrived promptly, however the work seemed quite rushed , and no joins were sealed with sealant as this is Lino fitted on a kitchen floor of high use for spillage /dirt im unsure how it will wear in due time . Some areas not glued down fully and visibly bubbled .

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
