BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Absolutley fantastic company, reliable, friendly, helpful, good workmanship have had to call them for other little things that have needed fixed in the house and they have had no hesitation but to come the same day/night and fix it. Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Stay away from this company. The refurbishment work was an absolute disaster. Henry left the flat unfinished and in a dangerous state (electricity not properly installed). Nothing was done correctly: tiling uneven, bathroom no waterproof and very poorly finished, no kitchen unit we straight just to mention a few things. We are starting legal procédure as the builders blocked our phone and don’t answer anymore. Stay away from them
