James has fixed the immersion heater and loft board issue. I came across so many plumbers, but James is one of the best plumber, who communicates well and gives a commitment to the job. Also for landlord's who can rely on his work, as I had bad experience in the past with another plumber who hasn't done it well. But James is the best for his work and very reliable.
