Exceptional service! We had a complete refit of our bathroom. Mario's quote was extremely competitive. Mario and his two colleagues worked hard for the 6 days and the results were exceptional. Florin did a good job for my elderly mother in June. However, the pump that he installed stopped working 2 months ago and despite numerous calls, texts and emails, he has failed to respond. The pump is guaranteed and he has the paperwork so we are stuck. Very poor after care which has totally changed my initial view.

Carl's plumbing service was outstanding. He's incredibly knowledgeable, explaining complex issues clearly. He installed a water softener and tap flawlessly, even optimizing under-sink space. Kind, courteous, and mindful of noise with a baby around, he fixed a faulty tap repeatedly without extra charge. His prices were very reasonable, and he even corrected a water tank installation error (pipe replacement & soldering) at no cost. Highly recommended for his expertise and exceptional service.
