The charge of £60 was a bit to much for something that wasn’t done or completed. In my opinion £20 would had sufficed to cover for the petrol. Probably had to pay another £90 or more, to take out the old one and place a new oven. Just to much for me after spending £60 the last time. Still, was polite, professional and he knew well the issue.

They worked really hard in a difficult situation (into the evening) to ensure everything fitted and watertight. Most companies I’d previously spoken to wanted to rip it all out. We’re very pleased with the results. Thank-you. Overall 5/5. I’d shave a few percent off for planning. My advice is: if you value/need a hand holding service then budget at least double, probably more. Absolutely recommend. A high quality bathroom at a fair price.
