Absolutely brilliant service. Lee arrived within 20 mins of first phoning me. Assessed the job went and got materials required, back within 40 mins and all sorted in no time. Came to give a quote, said they had sent it nothing received. they phoned to ask if I agreed with the quote explained I had not received it resent email address and still nothing. Very disappointed.

Hired Lance to render my garden wall and paid hundreds of pounds for the privilege. He made promises about the product being right for the job and guaranteeing it would last for years. However after 10 months all the render has blown and cracked and started to peel off. Safe to say Lance is completely ignoring me when I have asked for some form of aftercare. Should have spotted trouble when I never received an invoice for the work and wish I’d read the (non fake) 1 star reviews all over the internet first.

Left carpet and 2 sets of my ladders covered in plaster. Paid for 2 days work when it only took 1. Had to patch up parts he had missed through rushing the job. Didn't have the correct tools for plastering round the stairs. Used my ladders. Didn't even have enough covers for the carpet.

We did not use CD Builders because we were already fixed up. We were told that they had to pay you £20 just to get our details. I hope you refunded the money to them. Ian Kershaw MBE

External Rendering. Someone as had work done after ours and rated excellent? WELL! Poor job done and conded out of our hard earned money. Way out of his depth doing this sort of work. Did a runner with money for unfinished and poor job. Promised? to refund some monies but now says he has given up Plastering and Rendering. Blocked my calls and does not seem to have a conscience, and not seen any refund.

Howard has been fantastic- after being left in the lurch he was able to help us out with some plastering and what a fantastic job he did.
