Greg is a fantastic multi skilled tradesman, he responded quickly and quoted a fair price. He managed to paint and wallpaper our living room, fit shelves, mount our telly on top of other tasks but most impressively tiled our kitchen in record time. And as a bonus he's also a lovely polite chap.. we can't recommend Greg enough!

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Jet washing, plumbing repairs and flooring etc… I’ve attached a few photos of recent jobs and repairs. We are very reasonable on price and keep our work space immaculate. Welcome to LWR Property Services Profile. I cover a wide range of services and complete them to a very high standard. I work mostly on my own and have very little overheads as I am a very small company meaning my prices are relatively low compared to your "bigger" companies with more overheads. I have good relationships with suppliers meaning I can usually get you the same product, cheaper. Yes, I pass on the discount to the customer! Which is probably one of the bigger reasons why I am usually a cheaper option. Yes, being on my own (most of the time, depends on the size of the job) can mean jobs take slightly longer I have to admit however, I promise you will get the same standard of job, if not better for less cost to you. I am very confident at what I do. It is all I have ever done since leaving school and I do take great pride in the work I do, if I am not 100% confident that I can give you a great result, I simply won't do it and will recommend someone who can for example, cutting a stone worktop. Something I do not have the equipment to do. Doing a good job is important to me because if I don't, you'll give me a bad review and in turn, lose potential work. That is something a very small, local tradesman like myself simply can't afford. So hopefully you'll consider me for the work you intend to be done and I will do my very best to make sure you are happy with the end result! Thanks for checking in, Hope to hear from you! Luke

Had Luke round to do my job, well pleased with fence and gate, had him back a few more times to do other bits and bobs around the garden, he's a lovely friendly bloke and can't do enough to help, cleaned up after and gave advice on saving money for job I needed doing, will definitely have more jobs for him in future

Donal came out within 24 hours and gave a more than competitive quote , This father and son (Brett) team are not only excellent traders men but are generally just lovely people!! They arrived when they said they would, and got on with the job. !! Worked solid through the 3 days it took to complete my job and the standard was first class !! Unfortunately Val has let me down, spent the day ripping up previous flooring, furniture outside under the gazebo, texted him to confirm all ready at 17h45 that night, his reply was that he was now abroad on a family emergency. He could have told me this sooner, surely?! Airport lounge at the latest?! Sorry, no recommendation from me, communication is key.
