He kept me informed on the order he was doing things.He covered all the flooring and cleared up as he went along as well as at the end of the job. He was always punctual, arriving on time every day. I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.
