DEREK STEVENS PLASTERING SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS. HE TOOK A DEPOSIT WITH NO INTENTION OF STARTING LET ALONE COMPLETING THE WORK. HE IS PUSHY REGARDING PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT AND IS NOT HONOURABLE NOR PROFESSIONAL. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE RETURN OF OUR DEPOSIT. NO EXPLANATION NOR APOLOGY HAS BEEN GIVEN.

Professional, punctual, clean and reliable. The guys gave me daily feedback on their progress and intentions for the next day. They set very respectful in my home. cleaned up behind them every evening. The made sure I was happy with appearance of the work, gave me advise on the compatibility of product’s needed, done all my measuring, done an outstanding job. Dave came round viewed what had to be done, he then sent me a quote and start date which I accepted and he showed up on the day and started the job. He has done a really good job rendering the walls and would recomend him to anyone needing rendering. Note, he is not a rip off merchant like some Ive come accross

Ken was by far the most professional builder that came round to quote for the work. He explained what would be required to complete the work. Including building regs and structural engineer requirements. Therefore we were pleased that ken's quote was slightly cheaper than the others we recieved. The work was completed to agreed timescales and a very high standard with minimal impact and fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending ken and will contact him first before posting a job for future planned work

Everything was carried out to a high standard and we can only thank the team for a fantastic job. The original job was for our dining room but that was quickly extended to our living room as well which included building a contemporary fireplace, extensive replastering and complete redecoration. An excellent response and turn around time, I had an issue with a cemented and corroded old pipe, Louis replaced and sealed it all back after going to collect the correct part form a local trader. He also advised me on future renovations and showed me images of work before and after. I will be booking him again...Thanks!
