John and the team did an outstanding job. It was easy to work with John and he was very knowledgeable, and provided very sensible advice. Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. During the call he said he was being hard done by And gave me a good quote.I provided him the money of £700 and he then tried to state I gave him only £600 5 hours later in a call to get more money
