Hi I'm Leigh, I've been plastering now for 15+ years. I made the decision to go by my self about a year ago. I mainly carry out domestic work including, flattening artex ceilings, reskims, ceiling repairs, renovation work, new builds and much more.

S&S also provide building services, over 40 years experience in building and maintenance, work include brickwork/ rendering/plastering/concrete floors/pades/bases/ electrical work across the board, from installing to pat tests, board change, etc. certificates and passes, qualifications in photo album for customers reassurance. S.S plumbuilds will be liable for there work for 3 months after completion, any problems in that time scale will be Amended free of charge. After this time scale, s.s Plumbuilds will not be obligated? or responsible, As this time scale is more than fair to reveal any issues. •NVQ level 1 & 2 in plumbing and heating •Unvented systems •Anglian water approved •gas certificate (currently expired) •Safety regs

We were more than happy with the quote. Chris also quoted for tiling the floor. We found that Chris worked to a very high standard, he is a very polite and friendly chap. we were extremely pleased with the finished porch and Chris left everything very tidy. Great communication; very quick & clear. Visited to give us a quote & explained next steps. When I was uncontactable due to a problem with my phone (that S1 didn't know about), they tried various methods of getting in touch: voicemail messages, texts, and even calling round in person & leaving messages with our next door neighbour! Good work was completed on time. Only minor gripe was some old paint flakes left lying that I thought would have been cleared up. Would definitely use S1 again though.

I'll start with a positive - quality of build was good. Negatives, was told 2 weeks - 5 months later still not completed (3m x 1m shed and some of it was already in place) and had to get another company to finish it at more expense. Was charged for time in sourcing materials, was told it could be completed within my budget when I increased it by £500 and now he is saying I still owe him more money. Took/disposed of quarry tiles I said I wanted. I wont be using him again
