Matthew Youle arrived at the house when he said he would, did an excellent job regrouting my kitchen and is an extremely personable young man. I did say that I wished I could afford to have the kitchen retiled but with the excellent job he has done my kitchen looks newly tiled and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.

Eugene cleaned off all the peeling paint on the window, sanded, then gave everything a coat of primer, and then a double coat of paint. Excellent job, he turned up on time did a good job and left no mess

Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.
