Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. If I had to appoint a builder again for whatever reason I wouldn’t hesitate in appointing Martin Building Ltd to complete the job. Thanks again Carl!

I would not hesitate to recommend S & L Property Services (Leeds) Ltd. Luke and Jamie fitted my kitchen within the expected time, as quoted and did a fantastic job. They went over and above to sort out my design and the delivery when my supplier messed up!; showed great attention to detail and finish; were very clean and tidy; and even started early & finished late get the kitchen finished on time. I will be definitely be using their services again! Brilliant job, thank you.

Matthew Youle arrived at the house when he said he would, did an excellent job regrouting my kitchen and is an extremely personable young man. I did say that I wished I could afford to have the kitchen retiled but with the excellent job he has done my kitchen looks newly tiled and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. Nick offered advice on alternative solutions to our problem. We agreed the work, price and time and everything was done as agreed. Nick is is polite, reliable and willing to discuss options in order to offer the best solutions and the quality of his and his colleagues' work is excellent. Jose and his colleagues were extremely hardworking, reliable, polite and friendly. They completed the work in the time originally estimated with a minimum of fuss to a vey high standard. We are extremely pleased with what was achieved and would not hesitate to recommend them to any of our family, friends or in fact everyone.
