Sorry I never know what to write in these things. I found Leroy to be friendly and honest with me regarding the work that needed doing (replacing tubing in loft). He listened to me and what I wanted and what my restrictions were and that was important to me as many who have gone before haven't. He completed the work within the given time and completely to my satisfaction. I am happy to recommend him to you and if something comes up I wouldn't hesitate myself.

Gave me quotes on 2 other jobs I need doing in the near future, wouldn't ask anyone else to do it for me now I have seen his work....would highly recommend Mike, extremely polite and couldn't be more happy with the work he has done... punctual and wouldn't stop working till the job was done, even with encouragement to take 5.

Hi guys! At a2z property maintenance we cover a wide range of services from kitchen installation to a new roof! We pride ourselves in keeping our work finish to a high standard. We have a joiner and a roofer with two labourers. Although we concentrate on kitchens and roofs,we also cover all aspects of property maintenance! Jet washing, plumbing repairs and flooring etc… I’ve attached a few photos of recent jobs and repairs. We are very reasonable on price and keep our work space immaculate. Welcome to LWR Property Services Profile. I cover a wide range of services and complete them to a very high standard. I work mostly on my own and have very little overheads as I am a very small company meaning my prices are relatively low compared to your "bigger" companies with more overheads. I have good relationships with suppliers meaning I can usually get you the same product, cheaper. Yes, I pass on the discount to the customer! Which is probably one of the bigger reasons why I am usually a cheaper option. Yes, being on my own (most of the time, depends on the size of the job) can mean jobs take slightly longer I have to admit however, I promise you will get the same standard of job, if not better for less cost to you. I am very confident at what I do. It is all I have ever done since leaving school and I do take great pride in the work I do, if I am not 100% confident that I can give you a great result, I simply won't do it and will recommend someone who can for example, cutting a stone worktop. Something I do not have the equipment to do. Doing a good job is important to me because if I don't, you'll give me a bad review and in turn, lose potential work. That is something a very small, local tradesman like myself simply can't afford. So hopefully you'll consider me for the work you intend to be done and I will do my very best to make sure you are happy with the end result! Thanks for checking in, Hope to hear from you! Luke

Had Luke round to do my job, well pleased with fence and gate, had him back a few more times to do other bits and bobs around the garden, he's a lovely friendly bloke and can't do enough to help, cleaned up after and gave advice on saving money for job I needed doing, will definitely have more jobs for him in future
