We contracted Andrew to undertake this work. He is a very affable fellow and will take time to go through the work in a very detailed manner, therefore leaving you at ease that he will do a professional job. The removal of the cladding was done very professionally and quickly! Took less than a day. Due to issues with the property (out of his control). We decided not to go ahead with the paint job. They did an excellent job laying new laminate flooring to my kitchen, lounge and hallway. Adam was very friendly, knowledgeable and the standard of his work was excellent..
An excellent job, on time and on budget. I found PM very straight forward to deal with, knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades required, and very hard working. They 'thought ahead' about what was required and made a 100% effort to attend to all the fine detailing. All in all, I can heartily recommend this firm and have already lined them up for additional building works.
