George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. GNGC specialise in garage conversions on domestic properties throughout the north east.The business was set up and runs alongside JPK Builders based in Sunderland we specialise in brickwork,paving,and repointing.
An absolute pleasure to have them carry out brickwork repairs and reponting of our property. We were updated as to the starting date - promptly commenced at the time designated. , Work has been to a very high standard,and his attention to both mortar and brickwork matching has resulted in an almost new look to the building. Also his consideration to our neighbours during this messy disruption is also worthy of note. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering similar work. .

He asked a lot of questions which gave us the confidence that there wouldn't be unexpected charges. Ron was always on time, very reliable and left the house very tidy each night. He has done a skillful job renovating our utility room which needed a new floor, steps removed, a door and lintel raised plus an archway remodelled and plastered. Not enough space to write the full review I would like to give. Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Hard working,friendly and am thrilled with what has been done.A big thank you for a great job and would definitely recommend and use again.
