I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. Since 2020, I’ve expanded into the building sector, working on a range of projects including excavating footings, setting out for concrete, installing windows and doors, plasterboarding, and fitting bathrooms. Do not use this tradesperson. We needed a skylight fitted, and this company quoted for the job. We paid a deposit the same day we got the quote, and agreed a start date. The job was delayed a week by them, and when the new date came, they didn't respond to messages. After several days of silence, they replied to make excuses and arrange a new date, which they also missed. After four weeks of delays, we requested a refund, but they refused as they had "bought materials". We are pursuing further action. DNU
