We are an established company (although new to Rated People) we have been specialising in garden land scaping and fencing projects for over 10 years and in that time we have carried out numerous successful projects for many happy clients. In October, quoted £800 to level and turf 80 sqm. Left the soil to harden. He came in April and remeasured. This time, it magically increased to 96 sqm and wanted £960. After completing without any levelling, there was still an area left. When asked to lay the excess turf in the truck, said it is for another customer and left. When I measured the turfed area, it came to 81 sqm. Contacted him to return the 15 sqm, wants another £200. Now asking not to contact, so leaving this feedback. Untrustworthy workman.

At the time the work was done in August we were satisfied. Albeit the work was left unfinished as he didn't exactly complete what he agreed to, to our satisfaction. I was back at work myself as the work ran over the 5 days agreed. Looking at it right now, the standard was poor, surfaces were not smoothed off and marks left everywhere. The main damp corner has now come back damp as when the work was commissioned. Disappointing really as now looks like we have been taken for fools for 700 notes.

We had 3 quotes for the driveway. Premier seemed to know what we wanted and offered a good price. They said it would be done in 3 days and it was. A really good team who were more than polite, not stopping for anything. A job which was a little more difficult than expected. I would definately use them again and would always give their name to people who need a driveway done. Quick, clean, extras done without a fuss, very polite workforce. What is there not to like. Turned up and worked hard, sometimes in really bad weather. Removed years of undergrowth and left us with a garden that will be a lot easier to maintain. Left everything clean and tidy.Really friendly team who worked around our holidays to leave us with a good lawn.

Nice friendly guy, came round to look at the job, arranged to come back to fix the wall. I rang the day before to confirm he was coming but he said he Wouldn't be able to fix the wall (ever!!) as his truck had broken down.
Originally the man was our hero, baby fast approaching and no floor,He priced up the job and came two days later! Fantastic! But then what a turn it took, Lawrence had to come back a second time to do our beading and fit a customized threshold, the beading came away next day and he never did fit the threshold after promising six times he would come, but never did. Real shame as started off so well. He has now blocked us from calling and owes us £50 which i paid in advance, more fool me.
Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.

Hi we are a family run business. We have been for 30+years. We do 10/10 Gardening and Landscape jobs. All of our customers are always satisfied and always happy to have us back to do more.
Not trustworthy. Told me he was running a limited company, then when I asked for details, told me the company number is his telephone number! Told me he would supply an invoice for payment, but didn't. Instead just sent a text with his bank details. When I queried about the invoice he said , it will come after payment. No surprise, invoice didn't turn up. And when I called/texted/emailed he just ignored me. I don't trust all of the work was done, but i wasn't able to supervise as I'm not nearby.
Arrived on time to discuss a quote swapped idea's prices and options. Stated he could do the work for £1100 I asked him to go and check his figuers make me a written quote, I also asked to see a picture of the bath and fitting he intended to use on my bathroom. And for some reason he never phoned or returned with the quote. A complete waste of my time
