Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. So impressed that I hired him. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. I am primarily a bricklaying specialist though I am more than happy to do natural stone work as well. I have worked on and completed many projects including new builds, small and large extensions, commercial and private developments, retaining walls, stone work, re-pointing, renovations, fireplaces, Indian stone flagging, renovations and structural alterations. I have sub-contracted for most of the major house builders, worked for private developers, and also many bricklaying contractors, though I am now focussing on working direct for the public offering a professional, efficient and competitive bricklaying service which includes all aspects of bricklaying from new builds,extensions and garden/retaining walls right through to a small repair job! Gary provided a quote and completed the job quickly, like we needed. Keeping me informed of when he would be arriving etc. The work to remove an old concrete garden fixture was completed to a high standard & everything was taken out, despite the fixture being quite deep with a lot of rock to remove. The area was left neat and tidy. Gary also came back to provide a temporary flag covering to keep everything safe until I could arrange a longer term replacement / fitting in it's place. We had a very small patio we wanted to lay and thought no-one would be interested in doing such a small job but ADI SNAPE said he was happy to come and take a look. He agreed to do the work (which actually only needed two paving slabs). We were told exactly would be required before we agreed to the work and he arrived exactly when he said he would. we are really pleased with the work and the service we received and would definitely use his company again.
