I employed this gardener because of earlier reviews. I wanted borders dug ready for planting; old turf removed and new turf laid. All of the work done was extremely poor - especially the turfing. The turf was not done properly - I complained as it was being laid and told that they knew what they were doing. I have had 12 weeks of stress before finally coming to an agreement. My initial review was removed. I hope this one isn't so that other people are warned before employing him to do similar work.

Fully involved in how the job was to proceed and full explanation of how the cupboard would be built from scratch. Excellent job carried out, polite throughout and punctual. I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

Not enough space to write the full review I would like to give. Gary and Sheldon have transformed my outside space.They cleared an extremely overgrown back garden and landscaped with gravel and laid a new patio.The front garden and drive have been block paved,the garden slope reduced and a front door step made to make access easier as I have arthritis. Hard working,friendly and am thrilled with what has been done.A big thank you for a great job and would definitely recommend and use again.

the pavement stone work was fine, but the cladding stones are falling off. I thought it was just few, but now I have at least five pieces falling off.
