Thomas and Joe from BigTs have done a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend them. Our 1911 house required complex repairs to roof and external wall. Thomas took many photos to assess the work and fully discussed different options with us. Once agreed, the work was carried out quickly and with consideration for us and our neighbours. Thomas shared photos to show progress and was willing to do extra repairs as well. Our neighbours now want their help. First class work.

We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Disgusting and need reporting, after looking more closely at the lean too I paid them to erect. Only half the fixing and screws and nails were used. It was rushed and unfinished. I've had to finishing the shingles on the roof myself and put in bolts where they just put screws. Then they have the audacity to charge me an extra £140 for materials they didn't use. Insisting they used tubes of resin, when I watched them from the kitchen I know they didn't use any such thing. Avoid and save your money..
