Turned up when arranged. Did what was arranged. Charged what was arranged - and very competitive too. Can't ask for more than that. Really nice guys, did a top job for us. A number of the neighbours have been admiring the finished space. Helpful advice, and top quality materials used. Keiron and his team relaid our patio last week. They did an excellent job and also installed 2 steps down from the patio doors. They worked hard all week and made a good job of clearing up after the job was completed. They even had time to sort out a few loose slabs in our next door neighbour's garden.

Arsens did an extremely good job on both the hall way and especially the kitchen, as all the tiles and hard board had to be removed first before he could lay the floor. Which was laid to an extremely high standard. I will definitely use Arsens again.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
