Sinevir did a solid job on our exterior walls. They paid particular attention to prepping the surfaces—cleaned and degreased everything thoroughly and were careful with the details. They even dug down around the foundation to insulate below ground level, and didn’t charge anything extra for it, which was a nice surprise. I would say the work carried out was good for the budget at hand. Very clean, tidy and fast workers. Had a minor breakdown in communication for the scope so please ensure you define the scope clearly. Friendly and cooperative. The work carried out was fit for purpose and completed within budget.

Ben and Jonnie are great lads, who conduct themselves professionally, and are very knowledgeable about their trade. Their estimate for materials was spot on, their communication leading up to the job was helpful, and most importantly the finish on the bricklaying is superb.
