I had my back lawn replaced with artificial grass and bordered with wooden sleepers. The standard of the work was absolutely first class, better than I imagined it could be TBH. The lads all worked diligently and with minimum disruption or noise and were courteous and polite, I was a little concerned because I have an elderly neighbour who I didn't want to be disturbed by unnecessary noise or bad language, I needn't have worried! The quote was better than expected. The builders were very clean and tidy each day. The work was completed despite the weather conditions not being perfect. The finished walls were to a high standard when compared to other nearby residential properties that have been recently pointed. I would recommend this company to anyone asking for a similar job request. My neighbours have asked for contact details of the builder after seeing the work completed.

After 9 month of the pointing being undertaken, part are starting to fall out. I have tried to contact the tradesman via phone and email but get no response (call terminated/no reply to email via ratedpeople or direct). Very dissappionted with the workmanship and total lack of customer care once paid for job.

This company contacted me after my request for a quote. We discussed all the details and they were helpful at first. They promised to provide a quote the next day or two but 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Even after they read my whats app messages they dont reply. It is basic respect to reply when a customer is chasing a 3 week old request. Don't bother with them they waste your time. I cant give no stars but they deserve it. IF they cannot find time to do a quote they shouldn't chase more work.
