James replaced my front step. After getting a new composite door the old one looked out of sorts. James told me that he would be there the next afternoon and he was. Talked me through options and the job was done within a day and a half. Stunning result that is now the centrepiece to our driveway. James also put fencing up for me at another property after storm damage. Again finished in a couple of days and professionally done. I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. Initially looked like a good job. Very pleasant and polite friendly team. Unfortunately the edging added to the roof came off in part. A swift return to repair but didn't last more than a day before it fell off again. After a week of calling, texting, voicemail and email, no response has been received to arrange a revisit to make the works right under the two year warranty provided.
