I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete. Marius has done an excellent job at my Mother's house. He was prompt and early to start and worked hard through the whole day. His workmanship is excellent, with attention to detail that others may not have done. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Andy and Adam were a pleasure to have working on our home, They did an excellent job of making the required changes to the chimney which although relatively small needed attention to detail and a lot of care.They did the work exactly as I'd asked and when they said they would. Nathan took on a half finished job of a front of house extension and completed it in no time. Accurate quote, reasonable prices constant updates on the progress and always asked us to confirm decisions. Gave his opinion in many stylistic aspects around the house which ended up saving us time and money. Easy to work with and communicate, always on time rain or snow. Highly recommended.
