I hired Laurence and his team for external painting of my house and an alley way. The work was carried out by Laurence and Monty. They were extremely polite, very hard working and meticulous in their job. Laurence and Monty completely transformed my house. Their attention to detail was perfect. Laurence took extra effort to make sure that everything is done to a very high standard. They arrived on time, kept me updated with the progress and cleaned after finishing their work. They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
