My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. I needed an experienced brickie to urgently to sort out an extension before crane/steels turned up in few days. Shaun gave a fair quote, turned up on time exactly as promised. Worked very hard even in the boiling heat and did a great job. 100% recommended!!

My wife and I wanted the job doing with the least disturbance possible and to the highest standard of quality. I am very pleased that this was achieved, Richard and Howard (the builders) were both professional and well mannered, they started on time and during the heavy rain kept on working to finish the job. After the job was complete they they cleaned up the area they had worked in. I would have no reason not to strongly recommend them.

Unfinished skirting board installation. All seemed well at first, but a few weeks later I noticed sealant had been missed under all of the radiators. I contacted Steven to see if he could get somebody finish this off. He said maybe the silicone gun couldn't get under the radiators - this wasn't the case as sealant had been done up to the pipes (which were chipped into the wall, so even less of an obstruction). A week later, I have had no further contact hence why I am l leaving this review.
