Gary has helped us create an amazing new garden and we are delighted with the end results. We always found Gary friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. The job was a big project but it did take longer than forecast for a variety of reasons, including the weather being poor. This was a little frustrating at times but could not generally be helped. Unfortunately, Ben tried to add on an £80.00 additional charge at the end of the job. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.
