Fabian, the young plumber, was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly, courteous & respectful. He also worked diligently & got our new shower up & running without any issues. Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Absolutely wonderful guy. Prompt, respectful, took his shoes off even though he didn't need to, he was polite, he listened and he showed absolute skill in what he did. He used his laser thing to get everything perfect, chose to cut outside, (in the dark ) the dado and cleaned his mess up, he was quick, skilled and efficient. Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

Initially the completed work looked fantastic. But the following year when the pointing between the flags started chipping away, we obtained a few quotes from other gardeners to repoint, and all of them told me how the this gardener had cut corners. The pointing should have been deeper, and the cement under the flags should have been spread all over. You can see the dark spots under the flags now showing where the cement had just been used in the centre of the flags.
