He continually kept me informed about what he was doing and how he was progressing. Even in poor weather, Carl ensured he completed what he was able. Marius was outstanding in every respect. We recently bought a house that had engineered oak wood flooring that has been stained in a dark tone. Marius sanded back the floor to the original oak finish across the whole of the downstairs. It completely transformed the floor, was meticulously sanded and beautifully finished. Not very happy. The company (Paul) didnt finish the job and I had to pay out more than I had withheld (£50) to another tradesman to complete the job. The work that was completed was satisfactory but in view of the job not being finished cannot rate them well. Also never got my keys back despite numerous pleas. Not reliable at all.

According to these trades people their installation is guaranteed for two years. Since the installation of our decking things have gone wrong and I have tried on several occasions to get them back to put things right. I arranged for a rep that we purchased the composite decking from to come to the house ( he travelled from the north of England ) to explain to them where they had gone wrong. They could not even be bothered to turn up for the appointment. Texts/phone calls just being ignored. Stay clear !!
The balcony repair lasted just under 3 months before it started cracking & crumbling again. Adam said he would come back & fix it. He stated that the building was moving (!) & could only be patched. A surveyor said there were no signs of subsidence. The paint repair job lasted one month...now cracked & crumbling again with insurers saying cheap materials were used...
