We are a small building company, working in London and the surrounding areas for over 35 years. We are a friendly, personable company skilled in all aspects of the building trade. We carry out all work to a high standard.
I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

Liam was a joy to have in my home. He responded quickly to come and do the work the very next day. He completed it in a timely fashion and even fixed a broken switch on my fishtank within the same price. Even more impressively when I called him this morning to advise the lightbulbs I had ordered were too bright he advised me to let him know when I had new ones to let him know and he will come back and fit them for me,proper old fashioned customer service. We had several quotes for a complete new central heating system. DJ Phillips offered good value and the option of a ten year warranty, so we chose them.
