Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

We had a pipe leak. Christian identified the root cause to be burst pipe in hot water cylinder. He proposed to replace it with an unvented cylinder system. He installed the cylinder which works okay. However later we found out that regulation requires the unvented cylinder to be certified. He does not respond to questions related to certification and necessary paperwork. We did not receive an installation certificate. Now he is unresponsive and does not confirm if installation is complete. AVOID

Careful consideration was given to minimising the aesthetic impact of the work by routing the piping in the most discreet manner through the house. We had several quotes for a complete new central heating system. DJ Phillips offered good value and the option of a ten year warranty, so we chose them. Dave and Harry were processional and polite and managed to complete a potentially very disruptive process with as little trouble as possible.
