Michael installed a new unvented hot water cylinder , he did a first class job, explained every step and the result is constant hot water at mains pressure which has certainly improved our showers. The job took slightly longer than originally planned however all work was completed for quoted price. Great job many thanks

I would highly recommend Patrick. We had a problem with rising damp and the job was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Patrick kept me informed throughout the process so I understood what work was being done and the house was left incredibly clean after both days of work. Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Dom is very professional, and kept me informed of the costs before carrying out the work. He did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend.

Came to fit a new shower tray and enclosure 19/12 and fit a lintel over a fire which was done well.However the shower we found 2 days after, due to waiting for sealant to dry, is unusable as the water does not drain away and floods the floor, also the tiles they put on around the shower fell off the wall as they were not stuck on properly before grout. I had paid them the day the job was done .I asked Paul to rectify it and he said he would on 31/12,then didn't attend & told me to get another plumber !
