John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,

Lee and his team were amazing. They worked tirelessly to bring my vision to life. The work was faultless and the chaps were friendly. When I first asked Christopher to help improve our garden I have to admit that it was a neglected space in need of huge amounts of tlc. Christopher has an artist's eye and he could immediately see our garden's potential. He made excellent suggestions and really took the time and care to identify what could be done to transform our garden space. In five days Christopher and Ricky totally transformed our garden into a truly beautiful and magical place. Christopher is a genius gardener who works miracles.

Provided a fair quote for the job, and didn't overprice it. The team arrived on time to cut down a palm tree and remove the stump. Cleared up after themselves and took the tree away, just leaving me with the earth to dispose of. I was really impressed by the customer service as Casey returned at a later date as I wanted more of the stump removed. I would highly recommend. Customer satisfaction is very important & both Casey (on the front line) and Georgia (in the office) delivered in this regard.

Both the lads were very prompt in coming round to quote for the works and once confirmed were able to book a time convenient to me. On the day they arrived dead on time and got straight on with the job making sure I was happy at the end as well as making sure not just tue site but surrounding area was tidied up, definitely recommend.
