My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Tree and ground control carried out some general gardening work at my property. The job was to relay and flatten a lawn. This has turned out to be half an acre of thistles and other perrenial weeds. There is grass, but you cannot see it unless you look down through the thistles. When he left on 4/4 I was assured he would come the following week to move the rideon lawnmower he had left stranded in the garden. After 3 months, numerous phone calls and emails later I am still waiting. I would definitely not recommend.
