Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening….
