Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

I've been waiting for a full day of sunshine to check operation of the optimiser before adding review but it seems the sun not going to cooperate but seems to be fine so far.
