insisted on sealing around conservatory roof with silcone sealant instead of fitting flashing even after repeatedly asking for flashing to be fitted, when roof inevitably leaked would not return to rectify and not returning phone calls/texts

Miheala,Mario and Walid did a good job,re plastered 4 rooms,worked on the roof gutter up and ground gutter,fixed the stair case railings,fit front door canopy, internal wall designs in all rooms and few bric a brac ,they are good guys ,price a bit reasonable but competitive,thanks guys hope to see you guys again for more jobs

We happily install bird protection to pre existing solar installs. I’m a carpenter with the qualifications and 25 years experience in the building trade with a high level of knowledge across many different aspects which include Solar PV, General Building, suspended Cellings, metal stud & dry lining and even summer houses to garden office spaces. I’m a qualified SMSTS site manager with a level 3 First aid. I have participated in building the new wing at Kingston Hospital & the new mental health hospital in Essex. I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.
