Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it
Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Worked very hard on my garden clearing Hawthorne bushes and large bush and tree and trim down a very long grass and tidying up front which was also very overgrown ?
