We are very pleased with the work that was done. There was a quick response to the job that day via a telephone call. An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later and the work was started early that day & completed that same day. The workers were on time, polite, knowledgeable and proficient. They promised to make a visit a week later to remove the supportive structure and did exactly so yesterday. I am very pleased with the work and their professionalism.. i highly recommend them. No problems with this tradesman. Dean was Polite, respectful & forward with information regarding exactly what was being done on this boiler service. Will invite him back next year when it's due again. Have already spoken about getting a price for more work here for control of radiators via hive. ????
Awful! I put the job out as 'urgent', he said he would call the following day, I then received a phone call at 9:30pm, saying that he couldn't do the job until the day after, then the next day, he said the same thing. So at 10am, 2 days later than originally arranged, he doesn't show up, ignores my phone call no texts,so I ring off a different phone, and he answers, then plays dumb, saying, ' but we arranged for tomorrow', I could go on, but you get what I'm saying. 100% not recommending this tradesman!
