We had 3 requests to our job and chose Andy because he turned up on time to quote. Andy was honest and realistic about the work we wanted doing he gave open straight forward advice. Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! We will definitely use Neil in any of our future projects.

Updated review for 2024: Hired Mark to plaster my hallway and stairs. The stairs and ceiling are okay but the hallway is shoddy workmanship which is uneven and has trowel marks in it. Mark has unfotuntely refused to come back and told me I am just 'making a fuss'. I feel like he got his money so, now isn't interested in doing the decent thing - shame on you Mark. DO NOT HIRE IF YOU WANT A SMOOTH FINISH!

Built by Abbott Developments - a large two story pink Staffordshire stone extension to old farmhouse - downstair disabled wet-room facilities, sitting area for elderly parents, - upstairs bedroom / shower room. Hardwood windows. Outside paving. This is a first class outfit. Abbott have a skilled workforce. The whole team are considerate and caring. Abbott are trustworthy and take a pride in the job.
