Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

The garden looks like it has been done more than ten years ago. Is very disrespectful and selfish to leave my garden like that, I have worked hard to save up money for him to take my kindness as weakness. He need to be warned for poorly work, and so much heartache he has caused me. He is in a rush just to get money without delivering excellent work.

Very friendly, efficient and competitively priced. I am very happy with the wooden fence which Mark (and his brother) installed in super quick time and nothing was a problem for them. They not only took away the old fence (for a small / minimum fee), they also took away some other bits in my garden which I had been meaning to dispose of myself at no extra cost. I would definitely use again and recommend to others - without hesitation.

We had a few jobs that needed doing which had built up - painting, wallpapering, clearing/sealing the block paving, fitting a shower screen etc. Bill was great - he came and priced up and was able to get on with the works quickly. Needed my old slab and tarmac driveway replacing. Put out a job request and Steve at midland construction came to quote. Decided his was the best company to do the job and he knew what I wanted. The work was carried out over 4 days,his two men worked very hard removing and preparing for the pour of concrete, which was carried out over two days,they worked tidily and finished the job on time,very pleased with the work carried out.
