Gardeners paradise has been established over 20 years covering all aspects of horticulture including garden maintenance ,tufing,tree care ,hard landscaping .
Matthew and I agreed an hourly rate for weekly and initially he turned up each week, sometimes also with his son. This doubled the agreed rate but they did a good job while they were here. After 5 almost-weekly visits, they stopped turning up. Matthew did not respond to any messages asking if he was all right or if there was a problem. I see that other reviewers have mentioned problems with communication and I now realise that perhaps this is not the first time Matthew has let down his clients.

We are now one of a long list of creditors owed significant sums of money, meanwhile Tom Baker has simply set up another company, TAB GardenCare Ltd in a family members name to start 5camming innocent people all over again. Ignored our emails and messages and bl0cked our telephone calls.

SOME of the work was excellent - in particular the resurfacing of my garden with slate chip looks very nice BUT the felt peeled off the shed roof very quickly and I haven't been able to get him to make good the work :-( hr has offered a partial refund but that just dumps the problem back in my lap :-(

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.
